How does set up and implementation work?

You can get started in seconds using our default set up.


Customizations to the defaults are available for customers who have paid the standard implementation fee.

This one-time fee allows you access to our customer success team for standard set-up of the COVID questionnaire including changing question language, graphics, delivery schedule, notification/reminder times, alert settings, as well as ongoing support. For requests outside of this description, please contact sales as additional fees may apply.

How Long Do Customizations Take?

Our typical turn around time for customizations is 10 business days. In order to start this work, we require both:

  • a paid account created or signed enterprise agreement
  • completed onboarding/customization form

Note that invoices are automatically sent out upon account creation. Your customizations might not yet be complete when you receive your first invoice.
