Rebranding FAQ's

HealthChampion will be undergoing a brand refresh beginning Friday 12/10/21. While we do not anticipate any major, unscheduled disruption we did want to communicate the following scheduled updates:

Will there be any noticeable down time on the Covid-19 portal?  Yes, the  Admin portal will be unavailable from 9:30 pm CST until Saturday 12/11/21 5:30 am CST.  

Will there be any noticeable down time on the Web App?  Yes, the Web App  will be unavailable from 9:30 pm CST until Saturday 12/11/21 5:30 am CST.  PLEASE NOTE: The Mobile App will be available for members during this time. 

Will there be any noticeable down time on the Mobile App? We are not anticipating any disruption to mobile app service. 

During this transition, you may notice the following:

-slower processing time: As our new brand content is pushed live to the site and apps, there may be some initial slowness in loading. This should resolve within a day or two of the launch (12/11/21).

-occasional error messages: While we do not imagine there will be a lot of errors, an occasional error message may appear as the content for the Portals and apps updates. Please refresh your page to see if errors are resolved with a page or site refresh. 

-mobile app name has not updated: We have been made aware that the mobile app refresh time during this time can be slow. As such, please note that the mobile app should not experience any down time and will refresh with your next mobile update.
