Why can't I see the COVID-19 Risk Assessment Pathway anymore?

There are two reasons you may not be in the COVID-19 Risk Assessment Pathway

1. You accidentally quit the pathway.

There is a simple fix for that. On your app's home screen, you will have a Recommended pathway as pictured below. You will just need to click the tile to re-enroll in the pathway.

2. You have reached the end of the pathway cycle.

No worries here! You can easily re-enroll. At the end of the cycle, the pathway will say "Ready to Complete" and once clicked into, will show a screen that asks if you want to re-enroll or skip. Once you hit Re-Enroll you will have the pathway open to you again for another cycle.

If you accidentally hit Skip, there are no worries there either. On your app's home screen, you will have a Recommended pathway as pictured below. You will just need to click the tile to re-enroll in the pathway.
