Ordering Labs

Open Medical Records Tab: Medical Records (calciumhealth.com)

*Requires Medical Records Permissions

Click the User's email for whom you want to order labs.

Under 'New Order' you can see multiple options, select Diagnostic Labs (may have to click twice)

Search for vendor, or select from previous list.

Search for, or select the labs you would like to order. On the right, you have the ability to add details such as Priority and notes. Once you have completed selection, click continue.

Next, enter detailed information such as:

Diagnosis code

Ordering Physician

If the specimen is being collected onsite

Bill to information

Click "Continue"

If submitting electronically, or via fax, check the "acknowledge" button to confirm accuracy and click on the "eSign & Submit" button. (If faxing, also check the "Fax requisition form to the provider" box. 

eSign and click "Done" button in upper right corner.

Print requisition form if needed.

Your lab order is now complete. To ensure it has been submitted you can review all orders in the "Order" tab on the left.
